The 3-Year Spiritual Formation Track of MFC is a structured journey designed to help members grow in faith, mission, and leadership. Rooted in Scripture and Church teaching, the track progressively deepens one’s relationship with Christ—beginning with personal conversion and covenant life, moving into evangelization and community mission, and culminating in mature servant leadership. Through teachings, assemblies, prayer, and active service, members are formed to live as true disciples who make Jesus known in family, parish, and society.

Servant Training in MFC is a formation program designed to shape members into Christ-like servant leaders. It deepens spiritual maturity, strengthens leadership skills, and forms the heart of a shepherd—grounded in prayer, Scripture, humility, and mission. Through this training, servants are equipped to care for members, lead with integrity, and faithfully serve the Church and community.
